### Primary Responsibilities

- Daily Tasks: Data entry, banking operations, ledger maintenance, aur receipts generate karke share karna.

- Documentation: File management, record keeping, aur daily reports taiyar karna.

- Weekly Tasks: Expenses aur party payments ko manage karna, I&C; P.I/Bill generation, aur agle hafte ka financial projection dena.

- Monthly Tasks: Rent, electricity bills, aur EMI jaise recurring expenses ko handle karna.

- Payroll & Compliance: Salary process karna, PF/ESIC challan bharna, aur O&M; bills generate karna.

- Analysis: Monthly expense analysis, Debtors/Creditors report, aur insurance reviews karna.

- Quarterly/Annually:
- Statutory requirements ko pura karna, audit support, TDS, GST, Stock reports, aur ITR filing ki dekh-rekh karna.

### Interactions

- Internal: Sabhi team members ke saath coordination.

- External: Vendors, Clients, Banks, aur Chartered Accountants (C.A.) ke saath sampark.

## JOB SPECIFICATION (Eligibility)

- Education:



Commerce mein Graduation hona anivarya hai.

- Experience: Minimum 3 saal ka relevant experience.

- Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel par majboot pakad), Tally ka gyan, aur naye software ke prati adaptability.

- Communication: Hindi aur English mein nipunata, aur robust written drafting skills.

- Logistics: Office ke paas ka niwasi (Resident of vicinity), khud ka two-wheeler hona chahiye, aur travel/mobilize karne ke liye medically fit hona chahiye.

- Personal Traits: Padhne ki aadat (Reading), acchi memory, aur strong coordination skills.
