Distinguishing a CFO (CA) from a General CA:
While a CA qualification is a common requirement for CFO positions, the CFO role extends beyond core accounting functions. A CFO is a strategic leader and decision-maker, while a CA can work in various roles, including public accounting, corporate finance, or even have their own practice. The CFO focuses on the overall financial health and direction of the company, while a CA may focus on specific areas of accounting, auditing, or taxation.
