About 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd.4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a leading sports infrastructure company specializing in sports flooring, synthetic athletic tracks, artificial turf, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and turnkey sports infrastructure projects across South India.
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and financial controls across all branches and project sites.
Job SummaryThe Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's overall financial operations, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, maintaining robust financial controls, supporting business growth through financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities1.
Financial
Management
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations across all branches.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards.
- Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely closure of accounts and financial reporting.
2. Budgeting & • Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and conduct periodic variance analysis.
- Prepare project-wise and branch-wise profitability reports.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
3. Taxation & • Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, queries, and departmental audits.
- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Monitor changes in applicable tax laws and ensure timely implementation.
4. Audit & • Internal Controls
- Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
- Develop, implement, and strengthen financial controls and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable financial regulations.
- Review internal control systems and identify areas of financial risk.
- Address audit observations and ensure implementation of corrective actions.

Project
Finance &
• Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, cash flows, and profitability.
- Review project costing and revenue recognition.
- Track project-wise costs against approved budgets.
- Control project expenditure and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze the financial performance of ongoing and completed projects.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure effective cost control.

Accounts
Receivable &
• Payable
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Review ageing reports and initiate appropriate collection strategies.
- Approve vendor payments and monitor payable cycles.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
- Monitor credit exposure and payment terms.
7. Treasury & • Banking
- Manage banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
- Assess fund requirements and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Oversee loan documentation and working capital facilities.
- Review bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
- Monitor utilization of banking facilities and financing costs.
8. MIS & • Business Reporting
- Prepare periodic financial dashboards and MIS reports.
- Present monthly financial performance and key financial indicators to the Directors.
- Generate branch-wise, department-wise, and project-wise financial reports.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Team Leadership & • Coordination
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Finance & • Accounts team.
- Define performance standards and ensure timely completion of finance activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Branch Managers.
- Establish efficient financial processes and continuously improve systems and controls.
- Promote accountability, accuracy,
and compliance within the finance function.
Qualification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Active membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Additional certifications in Financial Management, IFRS, or GST will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations is preferred.
- Experience in managing multi-branch finance operations is highly desirable.
- Experience in project costing, profitability analysis, taxation, audits, and financial controls will be an advantage.

CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on, commercially oriented Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, project finance, financial controls, budgeting, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be capable of working closely with the Directors and cross-functional teams while managing the financial requirements of a growing, multi-location sports infrastructure business.
