Can also look at manufacturing experience in madical grade Plastics, Diagonostic & Consumables requred minaly in Laboratories and Pharma/chemical companies

I have a opportunity to spearhead a MSME manufacturing unit located in prime industrial area of Pune. The company us 35 plus years old and intends to onbaod a agile and experienced CEO from same manufacturing product industry.

Business Development & Sales

- Acquire new clients across laboratories, pharma, chemical, diagnostics and research institutions
- Re-engage present and past customers to revive and grow order flow
- Build contract-manufacturing and private-label tie-ups with large companies in the same product industry
- Strengthen and expand the domestic distributor network; drive export sales in existing and new markets
- Secure institutional and tender registrations (GeM, university and government rate contracts)

P&L; & Commercial





- Own the full P&L; — topline, gross margin, EBITDA and cash
- Set pricing and product-mix strategy; exit loss-making SKUs
- Control working capital: inventory, receivables and vendor terms

Manufacturing & Operations

- Raise capacity utilisation, productivity and yield; reduce rejection and conversion cost
- Plan and prioritise capex on moulds, tooling and machinery
- Drive new product development and import-substitute additions to the catalogue

Quality & Compliance

- Establish and maintain the certifications the customer base demands (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cleanroom standards as applicable)
- Ensure statutory, environmental and MIDC compliance

People & Governance

- Build and lead a lean, accountable team; put key roles on low fixed plus high variable linked to the number they own
- Report to the promoters/board with a monthly MIS and an agreed annual operating plan
