Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO &
- Chairman will be a high-trust partner working closely with the CEO &
- Chairman on the organizations strategic priorities and business initiatives. The role goes beyond traditional executive assistance and will involve structuring business problems, driving data-led analysis, coordinating across functions and taking key initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes. The individual will work closely with senior leadership across the organization to drive alignment, track critical priorities, identify risks and ensure timely execution. How You'll Contribute:
1. Strategic Projects & Business Problem Solving
- Work closely with the CEO & Chairman on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive them from problem definition through execution.
- Take ownership of business problems and priorities across growth, operational bottlenecks, process improvement, cost optimization, technology/AI adoption, competitive strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct data-driven analysis, research and develop structured recommendations to support decision-making.
- Track progress, identify risks and ensure timely execution of critical initiatives.
2. Business Performance & Cross-Functional Execution Develop a strong understanding of the business, key performance metrics and operating model to identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency and scale.
- Work with CXOs and functional leaders to drive CEO-led priorities, align stakeholders and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Monitor key organizational and business KPIs and provide concise updates on progress, risks and action areas.
- Support transformation, automation and technology/AI-led productivity initiatives.
3. Leadership, Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Support preparation and coordination of leadership reviews, business reviews and strategic meetings, including structured presentations, dashboards and decision documents.
- Prepare MOMs and action trackers for key leadership meetings and drive follow-ups to closure.
- Work with senior internal stakeholders and, where required, external stakeholders such as partners, investors, advisors, regulators and vendors.
- Represent the CEO & Chairman's office professionally and ensure effective communication of priorities and decisions.
4. Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
- Partner with CXOs to conduct market, competitor, customer and business analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Convert complex information into clear insights,
recommendations and actionable plans for the CEO & Chairman.
- Support the CEO & Chairman on special projects and emerging priorities, often with limited direction and high ambiguity.
- Bring a strong data-first, analytical and bias-for-action approach to problem solving.
5. CEO & Chairman's Office Management
- Act as a trusted point of coordination for the CEO & Chairman's office, managing priorities, correspondence and follow-ups across stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO & Chairman's calendar, travel and meeting logistics, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against business-critical matters.
- Prepare briefing notes and background material ahead of important meetings.
- Track decisions and action items arising from meetings and ensure timely closure.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and judgment.
Skills & Capabilities Required
- 58 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, CEO/Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or similar role, preferably supporting CXO/CEO/Founder-level leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, independently structure problems and move from analysis to execution.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial, operational and strategic implications.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organization and follow-through skills.
- High levels of discretion, maturity, integrity and judgment.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other productivity/analytical tools, with a high degree of comfort with technology and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and maintain a strong bias for action.
