Role Description The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the IMS centre ensuring a smooth learning and service experience for all students and stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role includes managing staff schedules and performance, coordinating classes and events, and maintaining high standards of customer service and academic delivery.

Manager monitors admissions, sales, and revenue targets, implements local marketing activities, and builds relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving issues,



maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring the centre’s infrastructure and resources are well maintained.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid centre operations and administrative management skills, including scheduling, process adherence, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder management skills, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess sales and marketing skills, including driving admissions, supporting local outreach, and meeting business targets.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work with diverse learners and colleagues.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education, training, or service-oriented industries, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Candidates should hold a masters degree in any discipline; a degree in management, education, or related fields is an advantage.
