- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with cataracts to determine the severity of the condition and assess their overall eye health
- Surgical Planning: Develop surgical plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, taking into account factors such as the type of cataract, visual acuity, and other ocular conditions
- Surgical Procedure: Perform cataract surgery, which typically involves making small incisions in the eye, breaking up the cloudy lens using techniques like phacoemulsification, and implanting an artificial IOL
- Intraoperative Decision-Making: Make critical decisions during surgery, such as selecting the appropriate IOL and ensuring the precise removal of the cataract
- Postoperative Care: Provide postoperative care, including monitoring patients for complications, prescribing medications, and educating them on post-surgery precautions
- Collaborative Care:

Qualifications:
