Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in the casualty department, including triage and treatment of injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions accurately, and provide appropriate medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Officer (CMO) or equivalent role.
- Solid knowledge of accident management procedures and trauma care practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress environments.
