Calling Executive – SATHEE, IIT Kanpur

Role Overview

SATHEE, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, developed by IIT Kanpur, is looking for a Calling Executive to handle outbound calls and assist students with their queries related to the SATHEE platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and provide information about SATHEE.
- Understand and resolve student queries related to the platform, courses, exams, and resources.
- Provide guidance and support to students over the phone.
- Maintain call records and follow up with students when required.
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and good Hindi communication skills.
- No Target
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and student queries.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
