Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Escalate complex complaints or issues to the concerned department.
Follow up with customers when required.
Achieve assigned call, customer service, and performance targets.
Maintain qualified communication and follow company guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
