Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Staff role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner. Cafe Staff support daily operations by preparing basic menu items, maintaining cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas, managing billing and cash handling as needed, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are followed.

The role also includes restocking supplies, coordinating with kitchen colleagues, and responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.



Cafe Staff contribute to a welcoming environment and help uphold KNS Restaurants’ quality and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Basic food and beverage handling skills, with attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Cash handling, billing, and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, with accuracy in order entry and payment processing.
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle peak hours, prioritize tasks, and support smooth cafe operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry light loads, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prior experience in cafe, quick-service, or restaurant roles is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by cafe operations.
- Basic education and proficiency in local languages and English sufficient for guest interaction and following instructions.
