Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Calibration Engineer, Executive Assistant. The role involves planning and performing calibration of instruments and equipment, supporting testing activities, and maintaining accurate calibration records in line with relevant standards. The professional will assist senior leadership with scheduling, documentation, data compilation, and preparation of technical and administrative reports.





Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with laboratory and engineering teams, ensuring timely calibration and testing support for projects, and managing communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting process improvements, organizing meetings, and helping maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Calibration and Testing for laboratory and industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Mechanical Engineering relevant to calibration and test setups.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering applicable to instrumentation and measurement systems.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Powertrain or related systems, especially in the context of performance evaluation and testing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience in calibration laboratories, testing facilities, or quality assurance environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity software and willingness to learn sector-specific tools and standards.
