Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cad Designer role based in Jaipur.

The Cad

Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D jewelry designs using CAD software, translating design concepts into accurate technical models for manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new collections, modifying existing designs, preparing files for casting and production, and ensuring designs meet brand quality and feasibility standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams to align designs with market trends, client requirements, and material specifications.

The Cad





Designer will maintain organized design documentation, meet project timelines, and support continuous improvement in design processes and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong CAD design skills for jewelry, including proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD or similar).
- Candidates should possess technical drawing and modeling skills, including understanding of measurements, tolerances, and production-ready file preparation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry construction, gemstone setting techniques, and practical manufacturing constraints.
- Candidates should possess creative design abilities, including concept development, awareness of fashion and jewelry trends, and attention to aesthetic detail.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers, production staff, and sales or merchandising teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in jewelry design, product design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience as a jewelry Cad Designer or in a jewelry manufacturing workplace is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and commitment to quality and ethical standards are preferred.
