About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Busy Software Specialist who is well versed with Procurement & Store operations to manage our day-to-day inventory, procurement, and dispatch workflows. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Busy Accounting Software within a manufacturing setup—preferably in food or FMCG production.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase & Procurement: Prepare and track internal Indents, issue Purchase Orders (POs) to raw material/packaging vendors, and ensure timely material delivery based on production planning.

- Stores & Inventory Management: Oversee the complete Stores module in Busy, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock inward/outward entries, Batch/Lot tracking, and maintenance of minimum reorder levels.

- Dispatch & Invoicing: Handle sales orders, generate dispatch notes, delivery challans, GST sales invoices, and e-Way bills accurately using Busy.





- Material Reconciliation: Perform regular physical stock verification against Busy inventory records, tracking raw material wastage and finished cookie production counts.

- Vendor & Billing Coordination: Process vendor bills, reconcile purchase accounts, and assist the finance team with month-end inventory reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, purchase order processing, and store operations within a manufacturing environment.

- Software Mastery: Expertise across all core modules of Busy Software

(Indents, PO, Store Management, Sales/Dispatch, and Stock Reports).

- Industry Background: Prior experience in FMCG, bakery, or food manufacturing is strongly preferred.

- Skills: Strong understanding of batch processing, shelf-life/expiry tracking, basic GST invoicing rules, and high numerical accuracy.
