Job Summary:

The Senior Business Process Analyst leads complex, cross‑functional process improvement initiatives by analyzing, designing, and optimizing end‑to‑end business processes. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert and strategic partner to business stakeholders, driving measurable efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

o Lead in‑depth analysis of complex, end‑to‑end business processes using process mapping, data analysis, and root cause techniques to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

o Support design and define future‑state processes aligned with operational priorities, applying Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies o Utilize process management, workflow, documentation, automation, and AI technologies to design, govern, and continuously improve business processes.

o Partner with stakeholders and business owners to lead requirements gathering, facilitate discovery sessions, deliver process training, and validate solutions.

o Own the development and governance of high‑quality process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and best practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.

o Define process KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.

o Support project, system enhancement, integration, and digital transformation initiatives with workflow analysis and collaborate with Product Owners to drive system enhancements,



while enabling change through training strategies, materials development, and guiding process adoption.

o Leverage stakeholder and end-user feedback, and business insights to assess process effectiveness, prioritize improvements, and build business cases for continuous refinement.

Qualifications:

Required:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field o 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, operations excellence, customer experience, or related field o Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives o Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies o Advanced experience in process documentation, workflows, and visual process mapping o Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders without direct authority o Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and structure.

o Proficiency with process mapping/documentation tools (e.g., Celonis, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro)

Preferred:

o Lean Program Silver or Gold certification (internal)

o Lean Six Sigma Certification and/or Business Process Management Certification o Agentic AI, automation and advanced technology experience o Background in Customer Experience processes with hands-on workflow analysis and improvement experience
