Business Process Analyst SD-WAN

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst SD-WAN with strong expertise in the telecom domain and business/process analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing, improving, and documenting business processes, particularly across telecom networks, OSS/BSS, and service assurance environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, document, and improve business processes across telecom and SD-WAN environments.
- Gather, validate, challenge, and document business and process requirements using standard analysis techniques.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvement.
- Design and document detailed, low-level business processes and workflows.
- Work with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and service teams to understand requirements and resolve process gaps.
- Use data and quantitative analysis to investigate and solve business problems.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation of recommended changes.
- Contribute to software testing, defect identification, validation,



and defect management activities.
- Work with OSS/BSS and Service Assurance systems to support business and operational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis, preferably within the telecom domain.
- Strong telecom domain knowledge, particularly in:

- MPLS

- Ethernet

- Mobile

- Fiber Broadband

- IP Telephony
- SD-WAN
- Strong understanding of L2C (Lead-to-Cash) and T2R (Trouble-to-Resolve) processes.
- Valuable knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and Service Assurance.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and methodical analytical skills.
- Ability to use data and numerical analysis to identify and solve business problems.
- Excellent documentation skills with experience in designing detailed business processes.
- Familiarity with software testing principles and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement-gathering skills.
