Location: Work from office, Bellandur, Bangalore (no remote option for any of the roles)

We are hiring for the following roles:

Business Manager - Lending

Own the day-to-day execution of Oolka's lending business, from application to disbursal.

- 4–6 yrs in Business Operations, Lending Operations, or Marketplace Operations
- Experience in digital lending, loan marketplaces, embedded lending, or consumer fintech
- Robust grip on lending funnels and lender relationship management




- Comfortable with data; advanced Excel a must
- Thrives working across credit, product, engineering, and CX to drive approvals, turnaround times, and disbursal efficiency

Business Manager - Strategic Partnerships(Banks & NBFCs)

Bridge the gap between our users and financial institutions, building and negotiating lending and settlement partnerships.

- 4+ yrs in banking alliances, lending partnerships, collections strategy, or stressed assets
- Proven track record closing partnership deals with Banks or NBFCs
- Strong understanding of debt recovery, settlement frameworks, and credit underwriting in India
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
