Role Description The Business Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for driving overall business growth and profitability for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency.

The Business

Head will oversee strategic planning, revenue generation, client acquisition, and key account management, ensuring that service offerings align with client needs and market opportunities. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, managing budgets, and optimizing operations to deliver high-quality digital marketing and web development solutions.

Head will collaborate closely with senior leadership on business development initiatives, partnerships,



and expansion into new verticals and geographies. Day-to-day activities involve monitoring project pipelines, reviewing performance metrics, guiding team members, and representing the agency in client meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services, with a track record of managing business units or P&L; responsibility.
- Robust skills in business strategy, revenue planning, market analysis, and growth planning for agency or consulting environments.
- Experience in client relationship management, key account management, and stakeholder communication across diverse industries.
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technology, and operations professionals.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and SEO concepts; familiarity with agency workflows and delivery models is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
