Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Head - Celebrity and & Brand Partnerships to lead and grow our celebrity endorsement and talent partnerships business named Exhibit Artist Co.. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, excellent commercial and negotiation skills,



and a proven ability to bring in brands, develop celebrity partnerships, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue and new business for Exhibit Artists & Exhibit Studios our in-house production house..
- Acquire new brands and build relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, and advertising agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with actors, celebrities, artists, creators, talent managers, and agencies
- Generate and close opportunities across:
- Celebrity Endorsements & Brand Ambassadors
- TVCs & Digital Campaigns
- Celebrity Appearances & Events
- Content Collaborations
- Identify the right talent for brand requirements and manage end-to-end negotiations
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and contracts
- Develop celebrity-led production opportunities for Exhibit Studios.

Key Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in celebrity management, talent management, entertainment, advertising etc
- Strong network across celebrities, actors, artists, talent managers, agencies, and brands
- Strong understanding of the Indian celebrity and entertainment ecosystem
- Excellent business development, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills
- Solid commercial mindset with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue.
