About the RoleFairFinance is looking for a Business Development Executive – Loans to support the growth of its Loans & Credits division through professional networking, client relationships, partnerships, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and professional networks.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about loan solutions.
- Develop relationships with CAs, financial consultants, real estate professionals, and business communities.
- Participate in meetings, webinars, workshops,



and other business development activities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners and contribute to long-term business relationships.

Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, financial services, banking/NBFC, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of loan and credit products is an advantage.
- Professional, confident, and target-oriented approach.
