We are looking for a Business Growth Manager who can operate with a Business Head mindset and take ownership of growing the company.

This role is for someone who understands how businesses scale, how revenue grows, how teams execute, and how strategy turns into measurable outcomes. The person should be able to look at the business as a whole, identify growth opportunities, improve systems, create direction, and work closely with leadership to drive expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Own business growth strategy and execution
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve performance, and expand the business
- Work closely with leadership on business planning, priorities, and execution
- Improve processes, systems, and team coordination to support growth
- Track business performance and take action to improve outcomes




- Build strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities
- Bring structure, accountability, and momentum across business functions
- Think like a business owner and take responsibility for results

Requirements

- Strong understanding of business growth, revenue, strategy, and execution
- Ability to think strategically and act decisively
- Experience in business growth, strategy, revenue, operations, or leadership roles
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work closely with founders/leadership
- Good business judgement, communication, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving growth-focused workplace
