Role & responsibilities The Business Development Head will be responsible for building strong on-ground demand for the company through influencer networks such as Electricians, Contractors, Retailers, and Individual House Bungalow customers. The role focuses on market development, influencer engagement, demand pull creation and strengthening brand presence at the last mile.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Business Development, Channel Activation, or Influencer Marketing in wires & cables, electricals or FMEG. Robust experience in electrician engagement programs and retail activation. Proven track record of influencer ecosystem development. Experience managing large BD and field teams across territories.
