Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end car loan sales process, including lead generation, customer interaction, and documentation.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales performance, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in auto loans or related fields (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of financial services industry, particularly in car finance products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
