We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Sales & Growth Interns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India who understand that great sales start with trust!

What You Will Do:

- Lead the Merchant Drive: Pitch and onboard local cafes, salons, and parlors onto the First Loop ecosystem.
- Master Sales Psychology: Uncover merchant pain points, pitch membership plans, and use proven persuasion techniques to close deals.
- Build Trusted Merchant Relationships: Develop warm, healthy, and qualified relationships with store owners—acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term satisfaction and organic word-of-mouth growth.
- Ensure Success & Renewals: Monitor onboarded vendors, track customer usage, and manage monthly membership renewals to keep retention high.
- Map Local Markets:



Identify commercial hubs and gather vendor feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
