Main Objective

Generate new business for BSYNEXT by converting companies into clients and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through MCA databases, LinkedIn, Google, referrals, CA/CS networks, business associations, existing clients, and website leads.
- Make 40–50 calls per day and conduct regular WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and conduct an initial Compliance Health Check.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business needs.
- Prepare and present proposals as per client requirements.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals,



and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Sales Process Lead → Call → Requirement → Compliance Health Check → Proposal → Follow-up → Payment

Incentive

Base salary + 2–5% incentive on collected BSYNEXT revenue, subject to company policy.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in client handling.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into clients.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
