: Business Development Manager (BDM) – European Markets

We are seeking a highly accomplished, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. This is a 100% remote role based in India, focusing entirely on client acquisition across European markets.

The ideal candidate must possess an active, self-owned database of clients and leads. No leads or databases will be provided; you will have full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate new business independently within European markets.
- Leverage personal network and existing database to secure contracts.
- Pitch staffing solutions (contract, permanent, executive search) to C-level executives.




- Manage end-to-end sales from cold outreach to contract signing.

Market Strategy & Positioning
- Identify market trends in European IT, BFSI, and Engineering sectors.
- Map target accounts to penetrate high-value companies.
- Align working hours with European time zones for seamless communication.

Account & Contract Management
- Negotiate commercial terms, MSA framework agreements, and margins.
- Ensure compliance with European labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Hand over won accounts smoothly to the delivery/recruitment team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in international staffing sales.
- Market Expertise: Proven track record of closing deals in Europe.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT, BFSI, and Engineering domains.
- Network: An active, portable database of enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills; knowledge of European languages (German, French) is a plus.
