Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing markets, and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

The Business Development

Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, collaborate with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and coordinate bids and contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, forecasting sales, attending industry events,



and providing regular activity and performance reports to leadership. The role also requires close coordination with international teams to support global accounts and ensure consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales planning, and account management to drive growth and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience with market research, lead generation, and opportunity qualification in industrial or engineering-focused sectors.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to understand isolator, glove box, and containment solutions and translate them into customer-focused proposals.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the capacity to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, chemical, or food processing industries, and understanding of cGMP or similar regulatory standards is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in a manufacturing and engineering environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
