Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, expansion, and revenue increase in the courier/logistics industry.
- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales plans, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements that support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry or related field.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention through excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of BDM (Business Development Management) principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
