IT services industry experience is must

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the IT services and IT contract staffing sectors in the Pen India region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on C-level executives, ensuring a long-term partnership and value delivery.
- Present and sell Neosofts suite of services to prospective clients, effectively articulating the companys value proposition.
- Identify business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the region, maintaining a high level of accountability for performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams,



ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
- Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and presentations as part of the bidding process.
- Utilize robust negotiation and communication skills to close deals successfully.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and client needs to drive business intelligence and innovative solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to meet challenges head-on.
