We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong industry contacts who can open doors fast, bring in big clients, and deliver results within the first 1-2 months.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive new business aggressively – identify, pursue, and close opportunities in IT consulting and staffing.

-Leverage existing client relationships and networks to bring in new accounts quickly.

-Deliver at least 1 major client win within the first 30 days.

-Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.

-Build a strong sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market clients.

-Negotiate and close high-value contracts with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, Procurement).





-Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

-Keep an eye on competitors and position us as the preferred partner in every client conversation.

Requirements

-Minimum 5–7 years of proven business development/sales success in the Tier-1/Tier-2 IT Consulting & staffing/recruitment industry.

-Robust client network – must bring warm leads or existing relationships to the table.

-Demonstrated ability to close enterprise-level deals quickly.

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

-Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

-Target-driven: Loves to chase numbers and exceed them.
