Job Overview

Bharat Solar Shakti is looking for a Sales Executive to drive residential, commercial and industrial rooftop solar sales under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, conducting/coordinating site visits, preparing quotations and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads received through Google, Meta, referrals and other channels.
- Contact customers through calls and WhatsApp and understand their electricity consumption and solar requirements.
- Explain rooftop solar benefits, system capacity, electricity savings, subsidy and ROI in straightforward terms.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits wherever required.




- Understand the customers electricity bill and recommend the appropriate solar system size.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers.
- Explain available loan/financing options and assist customers with the required documentation.
- Guide customers through PM Surya Ghar registration and subsidy-related processes.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site survey, system design and installation.
- Negotiate with customers and handle objections to close sales.
- Collect booking/advance payments as per company process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until sale closure and installation handover.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in the CRM/tracker.
- Coordinate with the operations/installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and installation targets.Role & responsibilities
