Job Summary

J&H; Textiles is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our uniform business by developing new B2B clients and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business in corporate, school, hospital, hotel, industrial, and institutional uniforms.
- Identify leads, conduct client meetings, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, samples, and customer follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in uniform/textile/garment B2B sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of fabrics and uniform products.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹14,086.31 - ₹58,396.22 per month
