About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Managers to represent Book My Artist India in client conversations and artist coordination. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationships, and the entertainment industry.

You will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while managing communication between clients and assigned artists/celebrity portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound booking inquiries with professionalism
- Conduct outbound cold calling to corporate, brands & event planners
- Pitch artist and celebrity profiles confidently over calls & WhatsApp
- Coordinate with allocated artists/celebs for availability, commercials & requirements
- Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets




- Travel for artist and client coordination during live events, ensuring smooth on-ground execution, when required.

Essential Skills

- Solid English communication (verbal fluency is critical)
- Comfort with calling, follow-ups, and client conversations
- Sales mindset with confidence and persuasion skills
- Ability to interact professionally with artists, managers & corporate clients

Preferred Background

- Sales, business development, events, media, hospitality or advertising
- CRM or lead management experience is an advantage
