Role Description As a Business Development Intern at MANTISHQ, you will support initiatives that expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing partners. On a day-to-day basis, you will research potential clients and markets, assist in building prospect lists, and help schedule and coordinate meetings. You will support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.





The internship role also involves collaborating with the training and counseling teams to understand our services and communicate them clearly to prospects. This is an on-site internship role based in Pune City.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in business development, sales, or client relationship management, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with potential clients.
- Basic research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information on markets, competitors, and target segments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to support outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and online communication platforms); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
