Echo Media Productions is a Delhi-based creative technology and media company specializing in 3D visualization, filmmaking, branding, web & app development, UI/UX, AI-powered content creation, and digital media solutions. We work with startups, corporate brands, and government organizations to transform ideas into impactful visual and digital experiences.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive intern who can become the operational backbone of our growing media & tech company. If you're someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating projects, and using modern AI tools, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities (in order of priority)

1. Business Development & Client Relations

- Call and qualify leads
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule meetings and assist in lead conversion
- Maintain professional client communication and follow-ups

2. Executive Assistance & Project Coordination

- Manage calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and SOPs




- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of ongoing projects

3. Social Media & Content Support

- Create basic to intermediate social media creatives
- Assist in planning and scheduling content
- Work with Canva and Adobe Express (or similar tools)
- Support content organization across platforms

4. AI Tools & Creative Automation

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar AI tools professionally
- Generate basic AI images and short-form videos
- Assist with research, presentations, and workflow automation

Bonus skills (not mandatory)

- Performance marketing fundamentals
- Meta Ads or Google Ads exposure
- Basic video editing
