Department: Business Development Head

Job Purpose To drive business growth and ensure achievement of assigned monthly and annual sales/revenue targets through effective business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and referral partners.
3. Generate new business opportunities and expand the referral network.
4. Drive corporate tie-ups, health camps, and other business initiatives.
5. Conduct regular market visits and identify current sources of business.
6. Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
7. Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to achieve targets.
8. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to management.
9. Ensure strong customer and referral partner relationships for repeat business.

Key Requirement Target-oriented professional with proven ability to generate business, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales/revenue targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
