ScholarAstra Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for:

1. Business Development Intern

2. Business Development Executive (BDE)

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with fresh and existing leads through outbound calls
- Understand clients’ research requirements and recommend relevant services
- Conduct timely follow-ups and manage prospective leads
- Convert qualified enquiries into clients
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Work towards assigned business and conversion targets

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional approach to client interaction
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive,



organized, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

For BDE Intern: Freshers and students with a robust interest in sales and business development are welcome. For BDE: Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer support, or business development will be preferred.
