What You Will Do
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Contact potential and existing clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
Requirements
- Education: Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in financial services, sales or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
