Job Summary

Safebooks Global is looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to support client acquisition for US Accounting and Taxation Outsourcing services. The role involves lead generation, cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, proposal coordination, and pipeline management.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, sales mindset, and preferably exposure to international sales, outsourcing, or accounting service selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for US Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Payroll, and related outsourcing services
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead generation channels
- Identify CPA firms, accounting firms, tax firms, and business owners in the US market
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service proposals
- Maintain follow-up tracker and sales pipeline in CRM or Excel
- Support proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and deal closure process
- Build and maintain strong prospect relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation / meeting targets
- Work closely with management and operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation / International Sales
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills




- Confidence in cold outreach and client communication
- Good understanding of sales funnel and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in target-based environment

Preferred Profile

- Experience in Accounting Outsourcing / KPO / BPO / International Sales
- Exposure to US market lead generation
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or payroll services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email tools, and Excel
- Immediate joiner preferred
