Hiring BDE For (ED Tech) - Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Work Schedule - 6 Days a Week
- Sunday Working (Mandatory)
- Weekly Off: Any one day between Tuesday & Thursday Key Responsibilities - Handle company-provided leads and convert them into admissions.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements - 1–3 years of sales experience.

- Minimum 2 year of EdTech sales experience (Mandatory).
- Robust consultative selling and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Must own a laptop.
