Compensation: commission structure

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for projects.

Project Management: Demonstrated capability to take complete ownership of projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.

Communication: Act as the single point of contact for all client and internal communications regarding the project.

Negotiation: Handle commercial discussions,



agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

9+ years of experience in Business Development (B2B Sales)

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proven ability to take complete ownership of projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
