About ISIEINDIA

ISIEINDIA is looking for energetic and ambitious freshers to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding customer needs, building relationships, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential B2C customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain ISIEINDIA's products/services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve individual and team sales/business development targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Participate in campaigns, events, outreach activities, and other B2C initiatives.
