? We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Remote) — Macco XE

Macco XE is looking for a confident, client-facing professional to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to clients, explaining solutions and closing deals — this role is for you.

? Location: 100% Remote (work from anywhere in India)

? Type: Full-time

⏰ Working hours: [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Sat]

? Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

? Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Business Development preferred)

? Experience: 1–3 years in client handling, sales or business development

Key Responsibilities

- Understand our projects and services in depth and explain them clearly to clients
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming client enquiries
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demos and presentations
- Pitch, negotiate and convince prospects to close deals
- Gather client requirements and share them accurately with the internal team
- Follow up regularly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain records of leads, calls and follow-ups in our CRM
- Share weekly reports on pipeline and closures

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Confident and transparent on phone and video calls
- Good presentation skills — able to simplify technical work for non-technical clients
- Active listening and ability to understand client requirements correctly
- Follow-up discipline and time management
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup
