Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training and internship programs.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct counseling sessions and explain program benefits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Final Year Student.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Passion for sales, counseling, and business development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech, Sales, Telecalling, or Student Counseling.
- Understanding of the education and internship market.
