Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive - Inside Sales role is based in Noida, India. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outbound calls, and engaging prospects through emails and digital channels.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, schedule and conduct product or service presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



nurturing long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, understand requirements, and support renewals and upselling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, persuasion, and active listening.
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or tele-sales, preferably in services or B2B environments.
- Robust target orientation, resilience, and comfort with high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn HR solutions and business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
