DiyaKaran Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company based in Bangalore, engaged in the sales and marketing of APIs, Probiotics, Herbal Extracts, Enzymes, and Vitamins in the B2B segment. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to pharma/nutraceutical B2B sales.

Role Overview

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end B2B business development from lead generation to client coordination in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical raw materials space. Promising candidates may be offered a permanent position at the end of the internship.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads for APIs, Probiotics, Herbal Extracts, Enzymes, and Vitamins in the B2B pharma/nutraceutical segment

Research and map potential customers, distributors, and manufacturers across target industries

¢ Assist in building and maintaining a database of prospective clients (pharma companies, nutraceutical manufacturers, formulators, exporters, etc.)

¢ Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company products

¢ Support the sales team in preparing quotations, product presentations, and proposals

¢ Coordinate with clients for product samples,



documentation (COA, MSDS, TDS), and follow-ups

¢ Assist in tracking inquiries, orders, and pipeline status using CRM/Excel trackers

¢ Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing benchmarks

¢ Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events (as required)

¢ Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth order execution

¢ Prepare periodic reports on leads generated, conversions, and market feedback

Preferred Candidate Profile

¢ Pursuing/recently completed B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry), MBA (Marketing/Sales), or related field B.Pharma/M.Pharma candidates especially welcome

¢ Robust interest in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical sales and business development

¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with B2B clients

¢ Basic understanding of pharma raw materials (APIs, Probiotics, Herbal Extracts, Enzymes, Vitamins) preferred, but not mandatory

¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication

¢ Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

¢ Comfortable with client outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

¢ Prior internship experience in sales/BD/pharma industry is an added advantage

¢ Willing to work from office at BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore

Internship Details

Duration: 13 Months

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Note: Promising candidates may be offered a permanent role with the company based on performance during the internship.
