Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, email & LinkedIn outreach to international prospects.
- Identify and generate qualified leads from the global
AEC/BIM market
.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and client requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in
B2B Sales / Business Development / International Sales
.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in cold calling and handling international clients
.
- Experience in
BIM, AEC, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction is an advantage.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
