Position: Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹14,500 - ₹25,000 (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives

Experience: 2 Years minimum on similar Industry as us.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Bangla
- Confidence in client interaction and relationship building
- Experience or interest in lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold emails, and social media outreach
- Ability to understand client requirements and present digital solutions effectively
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Your Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly business development targets
