Role Description The Business Development & Clinic Operations Manager (Only Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving clinic growth and overseeing day-to-day operational performance. This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, and supporting sales initiatives to expand Stemz Healthcare’s presence. The manager will coordinate clinic operations, including workflow optimization, resource planning, budgeting inputs, and adherence to clinical and administrative standards.

Daily tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, analyzing operational and financial data,



resolving operational issues, and collaborating with medical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient experience. The role also requires preparing regular reports, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational, financial, and market data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee clinic workflows, resource allocation, and process improvements in a healthcare setting.

- Relevant experience in healthcare operations or clinic management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and patient-centric service practices is preferred.
