About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential customers including e-commerce businesses, exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable logistics/shipping solutions.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team to provide accurate solutions.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers after conversion to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in logistics, international courier, freight forwarding, shipping, or e-commerce will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling sales conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good command of English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
